    Communities That Eat Together Grow Together

    Concerned residents in Lemhi County, Idaho, reached out to University of Idaho Extension’s Lemhi County Office to address their county’s food insecurity. Together, they held a summit to raise awareness, and from that summit was born the Salmon Community Dinner, an effort to feed hungry community members while also building healthy, community relationships.
