About CDEI 2016

Join us for two and a half days of learning, networking, and discovering! The Community Development Extension Institute is designed by Extension professionals for Extension and other agency personnel who find themselves working with communities. The Institute offers Basic and Advanced skill-building sessions, plus Best Practices sessions on community development programming. All sessions are led by experienced trainers and presenters. We'll be staying and meeting at Snow King Hotel Jackson Hole located only six blocks from downtown Jackson.

Held every other year, the Institute kicks off Sunday, May 22 at 4:30 PM with an Opening Social and Resource Fair. You will be joined by the Board Members of the Western Rural Development Center for socializing and the Resource Fair will include exhibits from community development programs in the West. Monday and Tuesday kick off with networking breakfasts, and the days are packed full of training sessions and best practices sessions, lunches including optional roundtable discussions, plus refreshment breaks, and time in the evenings to wander the charming streets of Jackson.

Follow along in Twitter and let us know what you're looking forward to most about CDEI 2016. #CDEI2016.
