SCOTie 

The Successful Communities Online Toolkit information exchange (SCOTie) is a partnership of planning and nonprofit organizations working together to build stronger, more resilient communities in the West. Information is exchanged through a database of active smart growth and resource protection plans and policies from rural, amenity, and urban communities from across the West. These case studies highlight the efforts of western communities to preserve local identity, stimulate a healthy economy, and safeguard natural and cultural resources; and empower communities to design policies that fit the unique circumstances of western communities.
